• 7 to 8 years of experience in Production Support and customizing
Oracle Apps specialized in Oracle SCM and Finance Modules.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Application 11i and/or R12 Production Support and maintenance.
• Good communication skills with ability to manage interactions with various business team and other application stake holders.
• Strong functional and business domain knowledge in SCM modules (BOM, WIP, WMS, OM, Inventory,Purchasing, AP, AR and GL etc.) in Oracle EBS domain.
• Knowledge of various tools and Technologies apart from Oracle Apps like Demantra.
• Knowledge of production support incident, problem and change management processes.
• Investigate system options, profile options, flex-fields, setups to provide functional expertise
• Exposure of month end, quarter end and year end closure support activities.
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL, AOL, Oracle Apps Architecture.
• Ability to manage remotely co-ordinate with dual shore team.
• Expert level competency in Oracle Development Technologies like PL/SQL, SQL Loader, Interface, XML Publisher Reports and Oracle API's etc.
• Understanding of Release management process and release activities.
• Knowledge of functional design, configuration change, setup, test and rollouts.
• Understand the client's business objectives and convert into technical requirements covering all aspects of the functionalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
